Then there was the stalling at clutch in and throttle chop. That was mostly delt with via software idle adjustment. Lets not forget the era of switch groups going south.

IMO the r1200r is the much better handling bike by far, much easier to ride , lighter , better steering , better ergonomics . Never really came to grips with the k13 perhaps it had too much power and too heavy for my skills .
