WebGM doesn't do it in the Volt and Bolt. CCS fast charging is the exception, that one locks for safety reasons until you stop it on the station. However, I believe the Volt's 120V EVSE handle has that hole for a small padlock (I use a luggage combination lock), and like I said most public L2 stations have the hole as well.
